IMPORTANT INFORMATION — PLEASE READ
Data Merge – The merge of the data systems is quickly approaching. Attached is some important information you should know that will have an impact on your account; please read over and be prepared for the upcoming changes.
After the close of business on January 30, 2015, all systems will be shut down and you will no longer have access to online banking, and debit cards will go into offline limits. We ask that you prepare for contingencies such as having a backup credit card or cash during that weekend. When the system is brought back up in the early AM of February 2, you will be an official Constellation FCU member and will be utilizing all of their services. On February 2, you will need to go to the Constellation FCU website for signing up for online banking, eStatements, etc. The CFCU call center will be available to answer your calls should you have any questions after the data has merged.
