Our phone number is 301-227-4840. Telephone calls are normally answered between 7:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. each business day. If the line is busy you will be transferred to voice mail. Your call will normally be returned within 24 hours.

Visit:
We are located in Building 20, which is located at the front gate, prior to Security, in the Visitors Center building. A Visitors ID badge is no longer required to visit the credit union.

ATM Surcharge Free Network

  • Taylor Model Basin Federal Credit Union belongs to two ATM surcharge free networks. Surcharge free means you will not be charged a fee by the owner of the machine to make a withdrawal.
  • The CO-OP Network provides both a deposit and withdrawal function. To locate an ATM that is surcharge free near you, go to 
    http://www.co-opnetwork.org    . This service is available to both ATM and Visa Check cardholders.
  • The Allpoint Network provides you with over 43,000 surcharge free ATMs in the US, United Kingdom, Australia, Mexico, and Puerto Rico. This service is available only for Visa Check cardholders. To locate an Allpoint ATM, go to http://www.allpointnetwork.com.

Supervisory Committee
Our five-member Supervisory Committee are all volunteers appointed by the Board of Directors to assure that the Board of Directors and management establish practices and procedures to safeguard members’ accounts and credit union assets.

The committee arranges for independent audits, verification of member statements, review of internal controls, and annual CPA financial audit. A committee member also attends the monthly Board of Directors meeting.

Disputes or complaints may be directed to the TMB FCU Supervisory Committee after attempts to resolve it with management have failed. A dedicated email address has been established at supervisorycommittee@tmbfcu.com. The committee will acknowledge receipt of all emails within 3 business days.
